3. Nature of the App — Not a Game of Chance

Joker Gold Jelly is an entertainment and inspiration application. The wheel, slot bench and mystery card features are discovery utilities for browsing the in-app catalog. There are no purchases, no chips, no payouts, no wagers, no real-money rewards, and no rewards beyond unlocking new candy ideas inside the App. The App is not a game of chance and does not constitute gambling.

4. Recipes and Inspiration Disclaimer

Recipes and food-related content in the App are provided for entertainment and inspiration purposes only. You are responsible for verifying ingredients, allergens, food safety practices and applicable food regulations before preparing or serving any item. We make no warranty regarding the suitability, safety, or outcome of any recipe.

5. User Content

The App may allow you to save personal notes, photos, or your own version of a recipe locally on your device. This content remains yours, is stored on your device, and is not transmitted to our servers unless explicitly stated. You are solely responsible for any content you create or store using the App.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by applicable law
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services
  • Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices on the App or its content
  • Distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the App without our prior written permission

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including all illustrations, text, graphics, logos, recipes, code and other materials (the "Content"), is owned by Joker Gold Jelly developed by SEWERBY STORES LTD game or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license granted in Section 1, no rights are transferred to you.

8. Updates and Changes

We may update, modify or discontinue all or part of the App at any time without notice. New features, content or services added to the App are subject to these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Joker Gold Jelly developed by SEWERBY STORES LTD game, its affiliates, officers, employees or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App.

11. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Joker Gold Jelly developed by SEWERBY STORES LTD game operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
