Privacy Policy
Last Updated: May 10, 2026
What does this policy cover?
We believe you should always know what data is handled when you use Joker Gold Jelly (the "App") and why. This policy is our commitment to transparency. It applies to the App, published by Joker Gold Jelly developed by SEWERBY STORES LTD game ("we," "our," or "us"), and to its companion website at trick0028.com. By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
What information do we collect?
What does the App collect on its own?
| Data | Purpose | Shared with third parties? |
|---|---|---|
| Anonymous identifier (generated on first launch and stored on your device) | To distinguish your installation for attribution and analytics without identifying you personally | Shared with AppsFlyer (see attribution section) |
| Device language and region | To display the App in your language and target localized push notifications | Shared with OneSignal as a notification tag |
| Network connectivity status | To detect when the device is offline and show an in-app banner | No |
| Privacy consent status | To remember that you have accepted this Privacy Policy so you are not prompted again | No (stored on your device only) |
What does the App's built-in browser do?
The App includes a built-in browser used to display this Privacy Policy and the Support page directly within the App. The built-in browser supports standard web features, including cookies (including third-party cookies) and local web storage. These are managed by your device in the same way as a regular browser; the App itself does not store or read their contents. Any websites loaded in the built-in browser operate under their own privacy practices.
What does the App collect for advertising attribution?
The App uses AppsFlyer, a third-party mobile attribution service, to understand which marketing channels lead to installs. When you launch the App, the following information is collected and shared with AppsFlyer:
| Data | Why we collect it | Where it goes |
|---|---|---|
| Google Advertising ID (GAID) | To attribute the install to the marketing channel that referred you | App + AppsFlyer |
| AppsFlyer installation identifier | To uniquely identify the installation within AppsFlyer's system | AppsFlyer |
| Attribution source (organic, ad network name) | To measure which referral sources drive installs | App + AppsFlyer |
| Campaign name | To measure marketing campaign performance | App + AppsFlyer |
| Install referrer | To identify how you arrived at the Play Store listing | AppsFlyer |
| Anonymous identifier (described above) | To link attribution events to your installation | App + AppsFlyer |
AppsFlyer additionally collects baseline device data (IP address, device model, operating system version) as part of its standard operation. AppsFlyer's privacy policy: https://www.appsflyer.com/legal/services-privacy-policy/.
What does the App collect for push notifications?
The App uses OneSignal, a third-party push notification service, to deliver notifications about new content and updates. When you grant notification permission, OneSignal registers your device and the following data is collected:
| Data | Why we collect it | Where it goes |
|---|---|---|
| OneSignal subscription identifier | To target your specific device when sending a notification | App + OneSignal |
| Device push token (FCM token issued under OneSignal's project) | To deliver the notification to your device through Google's push service | OneSignal (the App never reads it) |
| Device language and region (sent as a tag) | To send you notifications in your language | App + OneSignal |
| Timezone, device model, OS version, carrier, app version, country derived from IP | Standard data collected by OneSignal during device registration | OneSignal |
OneSignal's privacy policy: https://onesignal.com/privacy_policy.
Push notification permission is requested at runtime on Android 13 and later. You can deny it during the prompt, or revoke it at any time in your device's notification settings. If permission is denied, no subscription identifier is created.
What is stored locally on your device only?
The App stores the following on your device, and does not transmit any of it to our servers:
| Data | Where it lives |
|---|---|
| Your collection of unlocked candies, daily streak, daily spotlight, spin budget, and mystery-card history | Device app preferences (SharedPreferences) |
| Your saved recipe notes (text) | Device app preferences |
| Your saved recipe photos (one optional photo per candy, picked from your gallery or taken with your camera) | App's private documents directory on your device |
| App settings (such as the "Reduce motion" toggle) | Device app preferences |
You can erase all of this data at any time from the App's Settings > Delete All Data screen, or by clearing the App's storage in your device's system settings, or by uninstalling the App.
What about the website's contact form?
The Support page in the App opens our website's contact form inside the built-in browser. When you choose to send a message, you may provide:
| Field | Required? | Used for |
|---|---|---|
| Your name | Yes | Addressing our reply |
| Your email address | Yes | Sending our reply |
| Your message | Yes | Understanding your question or report |
| An attachment (image or PDF, up to 5 MB) | No | Reviewing screenshots or supporting documents you choose to send |
The attachment field uses your device's standard file picker, which lets you take a new photo or video with your device's camera, or choose an existing image or PDF from your files. The App does not access your camera directly — photo and video capture is handled entirely by your device's built-in camera app. Contact data is sent only when you tap Send message, and we use it only to respond to your inquiry and resolve the reported issue.
Why do we collect it?
- To run the core App experience — the catalog, the daily wheel, the slot bench, the mystery card, the streak, and your collection
- To attribute installs and measure marketing channel performance (via AppsFlyer)
- To send relevant push notifications about new content (via OneSignal, only if you grant permission)
- To respond to your support requests when you use the contact form
- To detect connectivity problems and show an in-app banner when the device is offline
Do we share your data?
We do not sell your personal information and we do not advertise within the App. We share data only with the third-party services listed below, strictly to provide the functionality described in this policy:
| Third party | Purpose | Privacy policy |
|---|---|---|
| AppsFlyer | Mobile install attribution and marketing analytics | Link |
| OneSignal | Push notification delivery | Link |
| Google Play Services | Provides the Google Advertising ID used by AppsFlyer; install referrer data; system push delivery used internally by OneSignal | Link |
How long do we keep it?
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Anonymous identifier and on-device data (collection, streak, notes, photos, settings) | Persists on your device until you clear app data, use the App's Delete All Data action, or uninstall the App |
| Cookies and local storage in the built-in browser | Follow standard browser expiration rules; cleared when you clear the App's storage |
| Google Advertising ID | Managed by Google Play Services; you can reset it at any time in Settings > Google > Ads |
| AppsFlyer attribution records | Held by AppsFlyer; tied to the App installation |
| OneSignal subscription data | Held by OneSignal until you revoke notification permission, clear app data, or uninstall the App |
| Contact form submissions | Retained by us for as long as needed to respond to your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping |
How is my data protected?
Network requests made by the App and by the third-party services listed above use HTTPS encryption in transit. On-device data is stored in the App's private storage area provided by the operating system, which is isolated from other apps. We do not store contact-form passwords, payment information, or financial information — the App has no purchases, accounts, or payments.
What are my choices?
- Reset or opt out of personalized ads: open Settings > Google > Ads on your Android device to reset your Google Advertising ID or opt out of personalized advertising.
- Revoke notification permission: open the App's entry in your device's Settings > Apps > Notifications and turn notifications off.
- Delete all your in-App data: open the App's Settings tab and tap Delete All Data.
- Clear all App data and identifiers stored on your device: open Settings > Apps > Joker Gold Jelly > Storage > Clear storage, or uninstall the App.
- Request deletion: if you have sent us a contact-form submission and want it deleted, email us at the address below.
Is this app safe for children?
The App is intended for a general audience. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our contact form, please contact us so we can remove it.
How will I know if this policy changes?
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
